Not good for refined searches within specific industries
First, I want to highlight that the support is responsive and genuinely invested in helping users. I believe the product has the potential to improve over time. However, it currently yields minimal results—usually just one contact, if I’m lucky—for my searches. The 30-minute wait between searches makes it difficult to assess its effectiveness for my needs.
I purchased Tier 2 to evaluate the product before considering an upgrade, but the lack of filtering options limits my ability to find useful contacts, and the wait time makes it extremely difficult to keep trying to work around limitations.
In higher tiers, users can search more frequently and perhaps try different keywords in searches. In contrast, at Tier 2, I often receive no contacts and must endure a 30-minute wait before attempting another search. Even after searching across the entire U.S. or within a specific city, I frequently find only one contact without an email, followed by another long wait to try again—and this obviously isn't a true reflection of actual Google results, but a reflection of LazyLeadz not obtaining the leads you'd expect due to whatever limiting factors it has.
If I were receiving results from my searches (meaning seeing results that a Google search would yield), the long wait would be less of a concern, but the combination of no results and extended wait times makes the product unusable for me and makes me wonder how/if it works—being unable to test further for myself.
While it might work for general searches like "barber" or "gym," I need a specific subset/keyword of an industry, which is currently unattainable since no results are generated (and is not available in B2B or other searches due to very general/limited filtering). Again, the wait time prevents me from trying workarounds. (I do wait and try, but on a second or third attempt, I get similar results, and I can't sit in front of the screen all day like this.)
For example, health and wellness (in the B2B search) is a very broad segment, and it cannot be filtered further, making it unhelpful to me. If I could add keywords, it might be viable, but I can't. Real-time searches using keywords often yield zero results for me, and the wait time stifles any further attempts. It seems real-time search is limited to basic keywords as mentioned, like "dentist" or "lawyer," which I can only assume works, not being able to try it myself (due to wait times and thus search opportunities being too precious to test what I don't need).
In summary, eliminating the wait time between searches would enable me to determine if I can work around the current filtering limitations. As it stands, while some users might find success using general terms in specific cities (?), those requiring more refined and detailed searches may find the product unsuitable.
I wish the LazyLeadz team all the best and eventual success. I'd like to invest in this team if the product worked for more granular searches.

Apr 30, 2025Yeah!! Hey thanks for this. We def focus on the simplicity of it all, which might come at the cost of ultra specific options like you say! But we improve quite quickly ;) thanks for being a part of it
