Q: Why haven’t the questions in the Q&A been addressed??
It’s disconcerting that none of the questions raised during the Q&A are being addressed. This lack of engagement not only hinders open communication but also severely undermines trust—especially when the software’s founder appears indifferent and shows little dedication to resolving these concerns. Without clear, consistent responses, users are left questioning the commitment to transparency and improvement, which can ultimately erode confidence in the entire project.

and still going with not answering them then.
He says he's overwhelmed with onboarding, but the Q&A is part of that process. I'm concerned about the long-term viability of this software. if Q&A support isn’t a priority, I doubt there’s much backend support either.
The lack of questions in the Q&A section is a strong indicator that the deal might not be appealing. If it were, there would likely be more engagement. So, I highly doubt there’s any overwhelming onboarding happening, as you’ve suggested.
