Q: Hey Alex, What's the difference between Closelyhq, Scanlist and Leadrocks?
Thanks

Of course, every database of pre-scraped contacts has its own quirks, which are compensated by high credit limits and bulk export capabilities.
Scanlist is a scraper that does not have a database. You need a Linkedin account to scrape contacts with, the limits are lower, but you always get the most up-to-date contact info. On top of that, Scanlist includes AI writing features that use scraped data to write personalized messages.
Alex,
That's helpful to note. How recent will be LeadRocks leads as Closely can be very stale, at times in excess of 2 years, when a prospect has changed jobs, emails not working etc.
I appreciate your point about high credit limits, having their own quirks etc but it needs to have value too, which at times I don't think that has been the case. Also, do you plan to have telephone & mobile numbers added to the contacts as well?
Thanks
That's really dependant on the industry. Since databases are what they are ( which are hundreds of millions of records) the freshness of a specific subset depends on our scraping capabilities and the industry of the end user. That's what I mentioned when referring to "if it works, then it works". There are users, whose target audiences are represented very well, which means they can take advantage of a pretty good deal we're offering here. Then there are users who work in an industry that happens to be represented and updated less, which, I assume, could be your case.
Could you send me an email to a.chernikov@leadrocks.io ? We could chat more about your particular case and see if there's anything I can do to make some things better.
P.S. We might consider adding company numbers at some point.
Hi Alex,
Thanks for your response and will do.
Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of what you are doing but it would be great to see the product evolving and users like me getting more value from what I have.
Will drop you a mail.
Cheers,
Ram
