I own a Credentialing company. I am wanting to make sure there is absolutely no way to cheat the system, as to be able to issue a certificate or sort after completion of the course. If someone clicks away from the page, and or is timed, and or 1-3 attempts. Is this something that is possible, also, let's say the information had to be locked down as to have no internet access.
