Q: Pls, what eactly is the knowledge base feature all about? Is it for the Platfrom Owner/Teachers? Or ...
for the students to use with Ai to chat convos and learn more etc? Or, an FAQ for the team or for students? How many can we have in one account?
I would like this, actually. But just seeking clarity as it is mentioned as a feature for the tiers.
Also, how are the A.I.credits used up, per words or course or ... do you have a chart for it?
And what if we need to buy more Ai credits, students ... admins?
What other benefits will be in the 4 Codes in the future other than Cname and whats been mentioned here?

May 16, 2025A: THe knowledge base is the place to store your documents, notes, audios etc. This allows the AI to take in account when generating courses. It is not accessible to your learners and more to help you develop better courses that are anchored in your data.
