Q: Can you increase the characters limit for rewriting output ? It is giving incomplete answers
Since the recording time limit 90 minutes (which is great), I can get more sophisticated rewriting answers which might have many, many words. However I discovered that rewriting output has a limit of about 43000 characters, about 9000 words. Could you increased this please ? Otherwise I'm getting incomplete answers (truncated). Thanks in advance

I found a major bug in the system: You can not log out of the desktop apps downloaded from store / Even if you delete the app and re-install you will be stuck with the same email account you used / There is no way to remove that email so be careful which email you choose to use on your device / If this does not get fixed I will have to refund since I can not use desktop.
A: Hi! You’re right, there’s currently no logout button in the apps, but deleting and reinstalling should help. As for the fix, we’ll get it sorted - sorry for the inconvenience!
I've deleted and reinstalled *still logged in*. Deleted, restarted computer, reinstalled *still logged in*. I deleted all traces of Letterly from the computer, then Re-installed *still logged in*. Does this mean my desktop is permanently not usable?
Hi Bob, you’re right—on macOS, uninstalling doesn’t remove all files, so reinstalling keeps you logged in. We’re actively adding a logout feature soon. Meanwhile, here’s a quick fix: 1. Quit Letterly (CMD+Q). 2. Open Terminal. 3. Paste: open /Users/$USER/Library/Containers/ai.draft.DraftAI/Data 4. Delete everything in the folder that opens.
This logs you out fully. Sorry for the hassle.
Q: Shortcut Action "Start Recording" Missing for Android Phones ?
The majority of Android voice recording apps have a shortcut action to start recording. This is a great way to integrate it into custom routines and as an alternative to the widget. Would you kindly include this essential and much needed function? Thank you in advance.
A: Hi! It’s definitely something we plan to add :) Development on iOS has been moving a bit faster so far, but Android is absolutely on our roadmap, and we’ll get there too. Appreciate your patience!
