A bit surprised that there is so little hype around LinkCentral because it is a very advanced tool with a comprehensive roadmap. Of cause, as it is a WordPress plugin the target user group is clearly defined.
Nevertheless, using any alternative independent link shortening platform makes you fully dependent. Here you have full control and even more reliable accessibility. Included limits in all tiers are generous and the clear structure of the campaign makes it easy to select the right plan

Not going to repeat the extensive feature list from the AppSumo campaign here again, which includes important options like Deep Linking, FB pixels, QR code, and Rest API - I just recommend that you compare to other competing WP plugins and other link shortener platforms - and you will understand that this is clearly a must buy.

Apart from the excellent functionality, support and the founder are very approachable and willingly picking up user suggestions for improvements. Only a small aspect but it is not the only plugin of the DesignForWP team which improves long-term sustainability. They really make it very easy to like the product even more.
I'm going to gradually move my links from another shortener for which development seems to have been abandoned for some time already.

After using Switchy on most of my sites, I was looking for a self-hosted wordpress plugin to setup on one of my client's sites and hand it over to the client, and I was pleasantly surprised when I came across LinkCentral. What are great lightweight plugin! It's got everything right: it is ligt, allows for easy links management, decent analytics, broken links checker, granular permissions per user role, advanced dynamic redirects, and so on and so on. And considering that the plugin is farily new, I'm assuming the even better things are yet to come!

Oh, did I mentiond scheduled links, links expiration rules, password protection, Zapier integration, and so on and on and on. Plus, the dev is very responsive!

What feature are lacking right now, and I hope will come int the future:
- qr codes
- product displays
- sharable external reports (per link and per category)
