Easy to use link shortening and bio-linking service, but the downside is also fatal.
I don't want to talk about the pros, I just want to talk about the cons compared to similar products.
1. The short link jump implementation does not use the standard 30x status code. I know this is to add custom OG information, but most of the time I want to do 301/302 jumps directly, otherwise using such a non-standard implementation in some applications will cause errors, like curl.
2. low recognition rate of access information statistics. There is little success in identifying country and region visits, and the statistics panel is rudimentary, with no data flow based on a world map.
3. force a 4 digit limit on the short link slug. I can understand that for public domains, but unfortunately even custom domains have to limit the minimum slug length to 4 bits, I don't know why.
4. Inefficient support request handling. I sent two emails to that address twenty-four hours ago, but unfortunately there has been no response, even if it was a rejection, but no response at all.
5. No other clients. There is only web UI, no browser extensions, no other clients, and no API.
6. The short links created in the bio are not shown in the panel. I need to open the bio settings page to see the status of the short links created in the bio, and if I have a large number of bios then how can I find the short link hidden in the bio, the filter loses its meaning.
