Q: Are built-in domains active for life?
Will the built-in domains "302.buzz" and "short.im" be active forever?
I am concerned about creating short links using these domains and then after some months or years, they won't exist anymore.

Jul 18, 2025A: Hey there, they will be active, but we would still encourage bringing your own domain names. The main reason is abusing. There have been a number of incidents where the domains are blocked by regions or browsers because people used them for scam/fraud by other users.
We have implemented a number of approachs to avoid this, but the damages are already done.
The other thing we can do is to always use a "intermediate" page for built-in domain names, similar to what happens when you click external links on some websites. That would also negatively impact the user experience IMO, but let me know if you think this is acceptable behavior.
TLDR: we recommend bringing your own domain names.

Sorry about the confusion. Your email fail through the crack on our end.
Are you seeing this issue from Chunghwa Telecom or ISPs from similar region? We have identified an issue from our internet provider and is actively working on mitigate this.
In the meanwhile, if you happen to be using CloudFlare or other proxy-like service, you can try putting the domain behind the proxy.

But... Domain Diagnostics is still showed "Request failed. status_code=404"
And. can't be trackng well to Analytics... showed 0 connections.
