Q: Okrs projects and support documents
Hi,
Thank you for the video prepared about Loach. Also your website is very transparent.
Can you provide some details about things like, how to manage separately or activities and files related to a project. Organizational inside the platform. Even if you can visualize them (chronology/progress/responsible etc).
What about files needed? Do we keep them separately?
We have a project management tool but we find that is difficult to navigate, very rigid, tasks visualization and follow up lacks of room and flow.

Thank you for the kind words about the video and the website. I really appreciate that!
In Loach, activities (which we call initiatives) are directly connected to Key Results, so it’s always clear what needs to be done to achieve the outcomes that matter.
Each initiative has:
• an owner
• a deadline
• a description
• optional tasks (each with their own owner)
• a status (To do, In progress, or Done)
• and progress updates over time
During each check-in, the initiative owner can easily update everything from one overview, keeping the process smooth and focused.
As for supporting documents: at the moment, files are kept separately, but many teams simply link to shared resources (like Google Docs or Notion pages) directly in the initiative. We’re actively collecting feedback on this, and I will add your request for native file support to our roadmap.
Best,
