Q: how to achieve this?
I don't get the point about the map and the rankings and how to achieve that:

I expect that local rank Ranktracker analyzes the competitor and tells me, what my competitors nearby with better rankings make different and provide me with a to do list. If i missed something, that would be helpful. Without that I don't really know how I can rank higher?!
