I have a small agency,
1) Can i delete a location and a new one after i made a report for a local business?
2) Is it 25 keywords in Tier 2 per location or in total over 10 locations?
3) What is the difference between LRT and GMB everywhere?

Yes, you can delete a location and add a new one, but please note there are limits for both activating and deactivating locations. This will be subject to the available quota on your account.
The 25 keywords are distributed across your 10 locations. This means that, on average, you can have 2.5 keywords per location (depending on your needs and setup).
