Q: Reports
Hi There,
I have a few questions for you.
1) Can I generate a report of a Google profile I am not managing? For example, can I add a random Google profile to get a report? When I am prospecting for clients, not all my prospects end up being clients. But, I would need the report before they become a client. I hope that makes sense.
2) Can you let me know the price for adding additional locations? For example, if I get tier 1 or 2 and I don't want the additional AI credits, or keywords, can I still add additional locations for a cost?
3) In the description, you mentioned that performance reports are available for all tiers, but you mentioned that the rank tracker report is only available for Tier 2 and 3. Could you clarify? Is there a difference between the performance report and the rank tracker report?

Apr 23, 2025A: Thanks for your questions — happy to clarify everything for you:
1. You can run a quick scan on a Google Business Profile that you don’t manage, which gives you a basic visibility overview. However, full reporting and ongoing tracking require access/management rights to the profile, since we need to retrieve data directly from Google.
2. At this moment, we don’t offer location-based add-ons, but we’re actively working on it. Soon, you’ll be able to add more locations regardless of your current tier.
3. Great catch! Currently, we haven’t implemented strict feature limitations per tier (yet), which is why you may see full functionality across plans. However, once restrictions are live, full Rank Tracker reports will be available starting from Tier 2+. Performance reports in general will remain accessible across all plans.
Lastly — just so you know — white-label features are available from Tier 4 and up. We're also introducing more flexible branding and report customization options soon!
