Misleading White Label Offer
I purchased the white label version of Local Rank Tracker expecting full brand privacy. Instead, my clients received promotional emails from the company after I connected their Google accounts. This completely defeats the purpose of a white label tool and damages client trust. I contacted the vendor but received no resolution. A white label plan should never expose your backend provider. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend for agency use.

Local Rank Tracker functionalities are white-label and under normal use your clients should never receive any communication from our system. If they did, this likely occurred because instead of assigning access via a coworker seat or sending a white-label link (like the Position Map), a full account was mistakenly created directly for the client — which triggers standard platform notifications.

But to reassure you — the system itself remains white-label by design and no promotional outreach should ever happen unless it's outside the intended workflow.
