It's buggy and they don't honor it's users
At the time, I purchased a license for almost four times the price, and despite many bugs and having Proton Pass LTD and Bitwarden for 10 dollars annually, I decided to keep my Locker license trusting it would be better in the future.
The Locker app doesn't work well on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra - I constantly get notifications about it consuming too many resources or the application itself fails and stops responding.
It lacks many features, and the email function doesn't compare to SimpleLogin - it's much more basic.
Support ignores my emails for weeks and is not responsive at all.
Worst of all, those of us who were already users are forced to go through Appsumo to get Family, even though we had already trusted this product much earlier and paid even more than the Family plan here for a single license.

The Private Email feature is one of Locker’s advanced offerings. Our core focus remains password management, we are not an email provider like SimpleLogin. However, we aim to provide more value by integrating helpful tools like the built-in authenticator and private email.
Also, just to clarify: we never require users to go through AppSumo to access the Family plan in any way. Thank you for your understanding.
