poor customr support

The support is very poor. I tried to contact them via live chat, but no one replied to me. Even on the live chat, it states that they usually reply within a few minutes. Next, I attempted to contact them through the contact form, but it showed me an error. It might be a bug that's causing this issue. Then, I tried to reach out via email support, but even after 48 hours, I did not receive any reply. They may have a large number of inquiries, which could explain why I haven’t heard back, but overall, their customer support is very disappointing.

It seems that their product could be useful, but because of the poor support, I don’t think it will work for me. If they don’t care about their clients, then it isn’t worth it. I hope they fix these issues, so I might consider buying from them again in the future. However, this time, they are losing me as a customer.
