Q: I am considering purchasing Logic Sheet for a project where I need to track updates in a specific Google Sheets column.

Specifically, I want to automate sending reminders to clients who have not yet filled out a form linked to their appointment entry in the sheet. These reminders (either email or SMS) should be sent out a few days before the appointment date listed in another column. The automation should halt once the client fills out the form, indicated by an update to 'Completed' in the status column. Can Logic Sheet facilitate this type of automated workflow, particularly with conditional triggers based on column updates or specific entries? Also, if I purchase a single license, does it allow me to send these automated messages from multiple Gmail accounts, or is it restricted to only one?

Yes, you can trigger an automation when a specific column is updated, you can check the updated column's new value to see if the automation should be sent. However, it cannot be triggered "a few days before" certain conditions, automations can only be triggered when a certain condition is met. Also, there is no limit on the recipients of the emails, they can be any valid email address, and it's not limited to your own Gmail address. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
