So, should I buy enterprise plan or every gmail account should have one tier 1 plan, but then i need to handle multiple logic-sheet logins. More bigger problem?

Mar 25, 2025A: Hi thanks for reaching out. If you decide to purchase the Enterprise Plan for individual users with Gmail accounts, you can indeed do so. However, after registration, you need to send me a list of up to 10 users via our ticketing system. I'll then add these users to the enterprise license. Please note, this list cannot be modified in the future, so make sure it includes all the users you plan to have on the license. Let me know if you have any further questions!

1. Instead of 10, just in case, if I need, can you help me increase that limit to 40? I am not asking unlimited. In enterprise plan, if I use, workspace (but we use other email service provider); you are offering unlimited, means, even if someone got 4000 staffs, all 4000 can be on enterprise plan. But if you can just allow up to 40?

2. In future if we wish to move to workspace of google, i will let you know, and you allow me to add unlimited domains, (and slowly, we migrate free gmails to official gmail workspace accounts, and slowly one by one as practically possible we remove free gmail ids)
free gmail id we use only for these sheets and docs, it becomes easy as of now, and for email we use custom email service for company emails, we use Microsoft plans.
Hi, thanks for following up. We can add a one-off 30 emails for the enterprise plan that don't use a Google Workspace domain. We have this limit because we need to prevent reselling of our service. In the future, if you want to switch back to Google Workspace, you can reach out again to add the domain. But the enterprise is for one domain only, under that domain you can have unlimited users.
