As for syncing automatically every 4 hours, Logic Sheet supports time-driven triggers that can run automations hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. So, you can set an automation to run at your preferred frequency, but the time interval will be every hour.

Regrading the question about sharing with clients, may I know what do you mean by that? You can share the spreadsheet created with Logic Sheet with clients, but they can't use Logic Sheet directly if they don't have a license. And our team-based licenses are only for users within the same organization.
