A conversation is an exchange between the chatbot and the user lasting up to 30 minutes, regardless of the number of messages exchanged! Note that the opening of the widget and the chatbot’s first welcome message are not counted in the triggering of the conversation.

👉 A conversation is a discussion between your users and the chatbot.
👉 It starts when a user sends a message and the chatbot returns an answer.
👉 A conversation lasts for a maximum of 30 minutes, with an unlimited number of messages during that time.
👉 The first welcome message and the apparition of the widget are not counted as conversation.
