1. Does this integrate with Google Sheets to capture and organize details like a customer's phone number, email etc?

👉 Yes, you have the ability to capture information through leads and inject it into Google Sheets using the "Call a Webhook" block. This block is available through the Scenario Builder. Please note that the "Call a Webhook" and "Call an HTTP Request" features are available starting from the Tier 3 plan.
👉 Regarding integration with Facebook Messenger, in the current version, there is no direct integration with Facebook Messenger. However, soon, you will be able to send a link to your users via Facebook Messenger, and this link will allow them to start a conversation with any chatbot. Today, you can use the "Human Clone" feature, which allows you to share the link on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, for example.

SBRVPLUSOh I bought Tier 3 to use in Facebook messenger because I have a realty page in FB and can't handle all the inquiries :( guess I'll have to return the software.... Was choosing between this one and Charla and chose this one because aside from AI bots, it has video bots as well...
