Hi Guys,
Can the system help customers with product suggestions? Giving the user a direct link to a product suggestion?
It would be great if the product could be seen in the chat in a product layout style like you would see in a store. Can the chat display images which are clickable? so I could create promo banners in the conversation to direct people to products

To answer your first question: yes, the chatbot can provide links. However, the SiteScan chatbot is primarily designed to offer product advice and guidance, rather than directly sharing clickable product links.
If your goal is to share specific product links more effectively, we recommend using a chatbot with a knowledge base. When your files are properly structured and focused on sharing product-related links, the chatbot can then surface relevant suggestions that include those links.
As for your second question — whether the chatbot can display clickable images or product-style visuals within the conversation — this is a great idea, and you're not the only one who's thought of it! Another user actually suggested this feature just last week, and it's already been added to our roadmap.
While this functionality isn’t available yet, there’s a good chance it will be released in the near future. For now, the AI chatbot cannot display clickable images or banner-style visuals in the conversation.
