Promises Promises

This product is almost beta... and I mean that because for what it's worth "it works" for basic details but here's the real problem.

1: The sales page is incorrect. The "bonuses" for the higher tiers don't actually match what you get. I had to point out on the backend where the "upsells are" that was supposed to be included. Only when I sent a screenshot, then did it slightly change on the backend.

2: There is no real instructions or tutorial guides. This platform is basically "hope you know what your doing and maybe it will work".

3: Multiple bugs for site embeds (especially mobile for latest IOS) . Frame is either too big and you can't close it, and/or even messaging buttons have scroll issues.

4: Their own "data analytics area" does not even work. I don't understand why not "grey it out" or have a "coming soon". They make it look like you are getting all this value, but I don't see it if their own tabs for important analysis doesn't work.

5: No handoff, no advanced admin notification, no site timing triggers,, no frills only.

6: Advanced functions like XML file spidering and on site learning don't work.

The only reason I am giving them 2 tacos instead of 1 is because their ticketing/service team is fairly responsive, but based on our conversations all I get is "thank's for letting us know" and "we are working on it". No deliverable time, no expectation of when to expect a fix or status/updates/version fixes on site. It's a "guessing game" on when it will be handled.

I myself work with SaaS products, and there's a good amount of overpromising and under-delivering here. If the price was lower for these tiers especially in this stage where I am basically working for them, maybe I'd change the review.. but that's not happening as of now.

Ok, let's respond to your response:

1: I don’t believe the pricing page has changed. All the options mentioned on the product page, without exception, are present in the offers. They have been verified, and if any error occurred, we always make corrections as quickly as possible. Therefore, there is a difference compared to those who chose the full plan, which is completely normal.

A: It is very clear to me of the offer, though the backend was not clear. These features in your sell table does not clearly state offerings.

2: During this period on the AppSumo platform, we’ve exchanged with more than 50 users via video conference. To improve support and guidance, we’ve added 15 tutorial videos, tooltips, and integration tutorials for more than 6 platforms, and more are coming. We continue to actively work on adding more features. And you’re right, some people need more explanations to understand.

A: Where are these tutorials? They are not in the dashboard in any section that I can see.

3: We cannot deny that there are bugs. You had a bug related to your chatbot on your website with iOS 16 Pro Max. You explained the issue to us, and we inspected it to try to unblock our widget. We made corrections in less than 48 hours, even over the weekend. Did you check before making this comment? It has been fixed. You are marketing a great product on your site, but we also found bugs. This is part of the evolution of our products. The more you innovate and produce, the more likely you are to encounter bugs statistically. The important thing is to fix them as quickly as possible. Only those who do nothing make no mistakes. The product is constantly evolving, and there are issues due to the variety of mobile devices, browsers, and versions. We are working hard to correct them, and for reminder, we fixed a problem you reported recently in less than 48 hours. We test on more than 60 platforms before delivery.

A: I understand progress, updates and room for improvements and also as you mentioned multiple bugs on the platform exist. That said, the answers I received were not definitive of a time frame at all for the fixes. I also do not know "when to check", as there is no service ticketing.

4: Regarding the "data analytics area," if you don’t activate the option, there will be no statistics. Activate the option, and you will see the statistics.

A: Where is this "activate option". I see no such option available to me.

5: Regarding timers, this feature can certainly be added to the roadmap. Feedback like yours helps improve the product. You want a timer? It’s very practical in your case? Great, let’s add it to the roadmap, vote for it, and develop it.

A: As a "enhance customer conversion tool" I would think some options would be necessary like this, not just for me but for anyone.

6: We’ve double-checked your account again, and the SiteScan feature works on your links other than /tags/. To give you an example, the point you raised was also fixed in less than 48 hours. It’s difficult to do any quicker since it was a site-specific issue that other users didn’t have.

A: Again, no way for me to know it was fixed or the ability to try.

Specific issues don’t allow us to give a precise timeline, but 48 hours, holidays included, for an issue on a special account seems reasonable to me.

Regarding the pricing, it’s difficult to offer less than $129 for lifetime access, especially considering we will provide you with AI conversation usage included in your lifetime plan!
