Q: Customization
You said that: "While default confirmation/cancellation emails aren’t customizable, our email workflows are fully flexible." What do you mean? Is it possible to write the confirmation/cancellation emails in another language (Swedish) or not? I don't mind that much if it's not totally white-label, but I DO need to write the emails in my own language. Otherwise my customers would become really confused...

In the current setup, your customers will get a default confirmation mail in english. What some users do it that they setup another workflow email in their own language (you can do in Swedish) with any custom content (questions, relevant links, etc.) which also gets sent. So, in your case, bookers will get 1) an email with calendar invite in English, 2) an email with custom details in Swedish.
I know it's not best solution, and we do want to solve both - allow Swedish + allow default email customization, but it'll take more than a month, due to existing pipeline of features that we want to launch this month.
