Q: Email Variable: Phone Number
Hello! Why is the Phone Number variable not included?
I tried manually encoding both {attendee-phone} and {ATTENDEE_PHONE}. Both did not work. Will you add this soon?

Jul 1, 2025A: Hi, It is available. Go to an event -> Select Booking Questions -> Add booking question -> Select the type as 'Phone' and then name the field as Phone number or something similar. Then save it. Now, bookers can provide phone number while booking.

Thanks. But I was pertaining to the email variable. It does not capture the contact number. Just the plain text {attendee-phone} and {ATTENDEE_PHONE}

When I create a workflow to trigger an email, the {ATTENDEE_PHONE} is not included the drop-down options of Variables. So, the phone number is NOT captured in the email.
