Q: Good for a beauty business?
We’re a beauty business with multiple staff members offering various services, and we’re currently using Bookedin. Before switching, we wanted to know if your system can support the following features we rely on:
• Multiple staff calendars and availability
• Online booking page for each staff or service
• Custom booking forms/questions
• Add-on services during booking (e.g. lash tint, brow upgrade)
• Team management features (hierarchy, permissions)
• Automated email/text reminders
• Charging via PayPal with zero commission
• Ability to add media like videos, testimonials, images to booking page
• Option to remove your branding
• Automated follow-up workflows for cancellations, no-shows, completions
We’d love to know if your platform handles all of these as smoothly as Bookedin does.

• Multiple staff calendars and availability - yes, but as admin you can't see all calendars in a single view right now. Staff can sync calendars and clients can either - 1) select a specific staff, or 2) have a round-robin allocation in which each staff is sequentially assigned
• Online booking page for each staff or service - yes
• Custom booking forms/questions - yes
• Add-on services during booking (e.g. lash tint, brow upgrade) - no. you will have to create different events and customer can select the right one from the booking page
• Team management features (hierarchy, permissions) - yes
• Automated email/text reminders - yes (email only. text is under development)
• Charging via PayPal with zero commission - yes
• Ability to add media like videos, testimonials, images to booking page - yes
• Option to remove your branding - yes
• Automated follow-up workflows for cancellations, no-shows, completions - yes
