Q: Product improvement suggestions
Hey,
Lunacal is impressive, but IMO it can only give you an edge for a short amount of time. Competition is fierce, and others will keep up. Here are some insights I believe can elevate your game with minimal effort:
1. Imagine someone that IS NO longer accepting bookings but would still like to take advantage of the advertised link and replace the calendar with some other contact options/widgets such as social links for people to visit, WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger links, an embedded chatbot, a send email button, etc. Everything else remains the same. It could even be used as a bio link.
2. When you're currently unavailable:
2.1 Allow us to suggest a specific team member they can book with
2.2 Have the calendar available with no photo/name, because it will be booked with someone we chose
2.3 Replace calendar with banner/message

2. We actually have a feature to solve something like this :) When you're unavailable you can set a team member's calendar that people can book

PS: About point 2.3, the idea is that if I'm, for example, on vacation, and I don't want to redirect the booking to anyone else, I just have the ability to hide the calendar and set up a banner/static image, or a message with a funny GIF saying I'm on vacation and I'll be back "X" day/month, or something else.
Okay, interesting. I wonder if gif/meme can be a widget in itself? People can use it with/without vacation.
