Works Great - Easy to Setup
Edited after testing:
Resolved:
Email and Voice Message Duplication
Campaigns are sending multiple emails and voice messages (up to 10+) to the same person.
Template Variable Bugs
One guide said to use [First Name] while the correct syntax is {{ firstName }}.
Mistake caused rendering errors in emails and may confuse customers unfamiliar with variable formats.
š§ They later acknowledged this and promised to update the guide.
Lack of Campaign Editing
Once a campaign is running, thereās no way to edit it.
If an error is discovered, users must stop and recreate from scratch.
Seat/Multiple Account Management Confusion
Confusing behavior when trying to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts from different Chrome sessions.
New sessions were linked back to old LinkedIn profiles, indicating shared cookies or improper session isolation.
Huge Concern: Email Finder Credit Limitations
Tier 5 plan advertises 2,500 email credits/month, but:
Default usage limited to just 4ā9 per day.
Even after boosting, the system only pulled 5 emails in 12 hours.
Limitation of āprofile visitā first makes it hard to fully utilize paid credits.
Raises concerns about under-delivery relative to plan promises.
š ā15 accounts x 4 email finders x 30 days = 1800. Why are we paying for 2,500 credits if we canāt use them?ā
Support & Communication
Support was friendly and responsive
Missing Guides and Instructions
Several features (like multi-seat usage or session isolation) had no existing guides.
This caused onboarding friction and misconfiguration.
š” Suggestions You Gave (That Make Sense)
ā
Add campaign editing post-launch to fix bugs without recreating.
ā Improve template editing, especially if using only one feature (e.g., Email Finder).
ā Enable daily quota customization based on tier and user risk preference.
ā Create clearer guides on:
Multi-profile use
Variable syntax
Authentication process
ā Transparent usage of credits vs limits imposed by LinkedIn or platform.
āļø Summary Verdict
Lykoza appears to be a promising tool thatās still in heavy development, but currently suffers from serious technical flaws:
Major reliability bugs (duplicate messages, campaign hang-ups)
Under-delivery on advertised quotas
Lacking documentation and guidance
No real ticketing/tracking system for open issues
Until these issues are resolved, Tier 5 and multi-profile users in particular are unlikely to receive the value they paid for.
If you're planning a comparison with Prosp or another platform, you may want to track:
Message reliability
Credit utilization
Template flexibility
Team account control
