MailBluster doesn’t support sending transactional emails, even when connected to a WordPress site. It can only be used for sending marketing emails and newsletters.
If you want to send transactional emails, then you have to send directly from Amazon SES. To know how to send Transactional Email via Amazon SES, please visit: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/pinpoint/latest/developerguide/send-messages-email.html
