Q: I am on Tier2 plan, but when I ask to enable SMTP protocol, it is charged monthly.
I really don't understand this.
Here is the answer from Alfred from customer service: " To use our Transactional feature, there is an additional monthly payment. If you are okay with proceeding, please let me know."
