I am in a business where i need to use whatsapp almost all the time during office hours.
I think, whatsapp CRM is what you need if you are in the same spot as me.
It is very well thought out tool.
Still a lot of scope for improvement and UX changes may need to be done. But as it is, the tool is very useful.
I thought of deducting one star for not being able to search a particular chat from my 17000+ chats from last several years. But, ultimately the usefulness of this tool did not allow me to deduct one taco.
All d best to team and will surely provide them valuable feedback for future improvement. (if they want to improve it further)
