Exclusive Addons - Everything you need for your Elementor Reviews

I reported the issue of Norton Antivirus flagging Exclusive Addons content as phishing and heard nothing from the company for almost 2 weeks which diminished my faith in this product and the team managing it.

Quite a professional team, I was 6 months late in activating my product and the link had expired. EA team expedited my issue within hours over email.

Its all jazzy UI, but the user experience is terrible... Even their own website has a funny menu dropdown - try using it... that should make it to the HoS in subreddit r/badUIbattles

Pretty happy with the plugin product. It's a lifetime access to some usable addons for Elementor. There are some other plugins that offer similar features but I haven't worked with it enough to see how unique EAO is trying to be. But it's not bad to have, if it keeps being support and developed.

That said I had an issue with a widget. I checked out the documentation on EAO's website (which looks extensive), didn't find a solution and used the "Still Stuck" option - bottom left of doc page. I detailed my issue, submitted and moved on with the day. At the end of the day, I checked my email and hadn't received any response/ acknowledgement of my issue from EAO. Bummer. I went to EAO's website and their Support tab under Help Center reads, " Need help? Email us at support@exclusiveaddons.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

So I sent them an email, again detailing my issue and hoping for an acknowledgement. Still without any reply and a second follow-up email to the support email address in total it's been a week now. That is a bit of concern in that I may be on my own with this plugin, but also the long term life of it.

I'm not jumping to any conclusions and will make one more attempt with their online "Still stuck" option. This is not an attempt to get support here on the Appsumo buy page, just a review of my experience with the product. Thank you.
