Q: Constant and Recurring Login Problems

I'm using the trial version, but the constant error is logging in. It's a toss-up; sometimes I log in normally and sometimes I don't for several hours. For a business exercise, this is quite serious. Is this always the case? Why does this happen? Are you planning to organize it?

I don't want to buy software that doesn't let you log in when you need to, but when you can.
