Q: Could you explain how users are defined?
When you said users are you just referring to individuals that will perform administrative functions within the platform which are capped at 50? The reason I ask I'm trying to figure out, how many clients can this platform handle? Additionally is there a separate user base for vendors, and contractors or employees? Please let me know if I need to clarify this question a bit.

The 50-user cap refers specifically to these active, licensed users who can interact daily with features like OKRs, tasks, or dashboards. However, you can manage an unlimited number of clients, and if needed, you can also give them limited access by assigning them a customized client dashboard, which is different from the access given to regular employees.

Please note that only admins can set different dashboards and permissions for employees and clients, customizing what each user type can see and do on the platform.
