How long is your support response time? I wrote several days ago, but have not received a response, I have joined your group on Facebook without getting in - Is there any activity in the company still?

Normally 24 to 48H max we respond but it happens that sometimes either the email/ticket does not reach us or sometimes we may do a mistake and misplace the email but if you can please resend I will check right now and apply high priority to your request.

I purchased this a week ago but not been able to get working. So far I created two tickets, sending follow up emails, been posting on skool.com/classmerical but resolution. One email from Saleh saying it will be looked at, is all I have from you. I am very hopeful this will solve a big problem for me, but only if it works and if someone bothers to address the issue I am having with Rtilla.
