Doest work and non Existent support
The specs and reviews show a lot of promise for this product, but in my case its been nothing but frustrating. Its almost a month since I purchased the agency plan but unable to get it working so far. Multiple tickets, emails and a comment in this forum later, there was a 1 hour live session to troubleshoot the issue and not much came out of it. I was told the issue is referred to tech team and should hear within 24-48hrs. Its been a week and more emails and opening tickets have no responses. I even cancelled other product to go with this. Now I am stuck and worst part is half of the trial period is gone. I hope someone from this company reads this, takes it serously and responds atleast now.

As you know we are going through a difficult time after the June 6th Google Chrome forced update which created a lot of challenges especially for the older Intel Macs and the reason you did not get an answer yet is because we have delays in general support reactivity but also the fix for Mac OS old intel is not yet ready. The one for Windows we just finally pushed it 2 days ago. These kind of major changes in browser updates are rare but we are working hard on it. We just proposed you some temporary alternatives for you to be able to start using RTILA via a VPS or Parallels the time we get the Intel Mac version fixed. Once we resolve this I hope you can reconsider this review and support us in our challenging time with a bit more patience. Cheers for now.
