It took me a while to figure it out, it was worth it though! I 100% recommend Trackabi. If my VA's don't use it, they simply don't get paid. I really appreciate the screen capture option. I was able to find a few hours that were not lining up with invoicing, and after I addressed it and showed the Trackabi screen capture results, the VA acknowledged they were working on something else and reduced the invoice amount. Super accountability tool.
