Don't even bother. Polished turd

Zero tacos BTW....Listen, this shouts scammer all over. if you use a mac, just run, don't even bother. Their website and videos are so gimmicky you can barely make out what is true and what's not until you buy this snake oil. I've asked AppSumo before, but i have now come to the conclusion that AppSumo's integrity is non-existant. I can't trust this site anymore. If the owner is willing to rub this garbage on us for profit, i'm out.

Defective and below average support

I initially had high expectations for this tool, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing—especially when it comes to support.

There was a server issue that lasted several days, and although I was told it had been resolved, the exact same problem persisted on my end, rendering the tool unusable. It’s quite possible that my issue wasn’t even related to the server outage, yet despite providing detailed information (including error messages), no real investigation was carried out.

The tool itself seems to run into errors when a keyword isn’t recognized—or for reasons that remain unclear—and those errors remain unresolved.

Because of the continued issues and the lack of meaningful support, I’ve had to reduce my review to one taco. I’m now approaching a full week of being unable to use the product, and unless the issue is resolved within the next 24 hours, I’ll be requesting a refund.

Update:
I should also mention that in a previous case, support invited me to join a Skype session during a limited time window that unfortunately always fell while I was asleep. As a result, I never managed to connect with them. The issue at that time was also related to the tool needing constant reloads due to unrecognized keywords—something I eventually figured out on my own.

Now, I’m being asked to go through a similar process again, but this time I’m expected to create a Microsoft account just to access support. That’s not something I’m willing to do, especially considering how little engagement I received through their previous live chat links—where no one ever replied despite multiple attempts.

While the 60-day refund policy is appreciated, it doesn’t account for the time lost trying to troubleshoot issues that should have been addressed by a responsive support team.

It’s disappointing, really—a tool with great potential, held back by a lack of basic, effective support.

I can't access. FIXED!

OK, we got off to rough start but they did get me in and I am up and running. It is too early for me to review the functionality but my overall impression of the dashboard and the tutorials I have watched is positive. After I have actually used it for a bit I will update this again.

Original - This is SOLVED.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't understand several things.
1. I can't access the product. It acts like it doesn't like my Appsumo code and spews errors at me. This has been over 25 hours now. Why?
2. It is unfathomable that their support email doesn't at least have an autoresponder to let me know my email was received and that they would get back to me. It has been over 24 hours now with no response. At least an autoresponder would let me know it was received.
3. Why do companies spend so much to acquire business, only to push it away when it comes?

If you are like me, you purchase when you are ready to start using a product. I purchased and life came to a screaching halt. I saw another review that said it was three days before they had access. Unbelievable. I will wait and see if I get in soon and then give it an honest try. However, I will be evaluating from the perspective of looking for a reason to stay.

I will absolutely update this review if I get in and if the product meets my need at a very high level. I say very high level as I currently do not have any faith that there will be after the sale support when there is no during the sale support.

I don't need that flashy packaging.

I was only able to access it on the third day after purchase and was very disappointed. Very little was said about the download function, and I thought it had to do with automatically downloading by selecting a few videos and setting the time (why download them to your computer then?). Turns out it wasn't! Oh my goodness, they allow you to upload videos to YouTube directly through them. This functionality is stuck in the mid 2010s and doesn't seem to be evolving, much like their Pinterest app, which I also stopped using due to bugs they don't fix. I am very disappointed with this provider and will now avoid them! Consider other options such as Taja! I do not recommend this one! They have created a bunch of programs and I don't even know which one might work correctly, and the two I tested turned out to be junk and a waste of time! No thanks,

I can only recommend this company

I bought TubeRankjeet back in 2023 and it worked like promised. Fast and with no problems.
Now I had a problems and was expecting the worst. The Software gave some errors and I saw here that there is a new Version 6. Will they keep their promise?
I just wrote to the support and within 7 minutes I got an answer, telling me my account is upgraded to the new Version 6.
I downloaded the new version 6 antered the activation key and everything is fine!!!
Thanks to Cyril and his team for such a support and thanks for Appsumo for finding such reliable partner for us Sumolings.
