I can't access. FIXED!
OK, we got off to rough start but they did get me in and I am up and running. It is too early for me to review the functionality but my overall impression of the dashboard and the tutorials I have watched is positive. After I have actually used it for a bit I will update this again.
Original - This is SOLVED.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't understand several things.
1. I can't access the product. It acts like it doesn't like my Appsumo code and spews errors at me. This has been over 25 hours now. Why?
2. It is unfathomable that their support email doesn't at least have an autoresponder to let me know my email was received and that they would get back to me. It has been over 24 hours now with no response. At least an autoresponder would let me know it was received.
3. Why do companies spend so much to acquire business, only to push it away when it comes?
If you are like me, you purchase when you are ready to start using a product. I purchased and life came to a screaching halt. I saw another review that said it was three days before they had access. Unbelievable. I will wait and see if I get in soon and then give it an honest try. However, I will be evaluating from the perspective of looking for a reason to stay.
I will absolutely update this review if I get in and if the product meets my need at a very high level. I say very high level as I currently do not have any faith that there will be after the sale support when there is no during the sale support.
