Q: How many custom domains?
Hi! If we buy the Tier 3 plan, with inviting 3 team members, can we add 3 custom domains?

Jul 9, 2025A: Custom domains work on a per-account basis and are shared across team members, so by default the same custom domain will apply to all team members but you can overwrite it if you want :)

So, just to be clear, if we want more than one domain, we will need to sign up for more than one account, and NOT just a higher tier, correct?

Higher tiers give you more codes, so you can basically get a higher tier, and instead of redeeming all the codes on one account, just redeem them on multiple accounts, with a custom domain for each - that's the easiest :)
