In my case, I do get leads from some third party source and my team proactively contacts them 9n what's app, and then we send them our offerings using predefined templates .. I have to assign leads to different team members for different tasks like operations support, tech support etc. I do tagging of leads also as per their stage in my funnel
Currently I am using monthly subscription of one tool but not happy with their costing and support. Is it possible to use this product for my requirements? Kindly help.
