Promising Start but Needs Improvement
Having used Marky.ai for several weeks, my experience has been a mixed bag. Initially, the platform produced acceptable social media posts, which was promising. However, as time went on, the content became repetitive despite making significant changes to the project briefs. This consistency issue has been a major drawback, as it undermines the platform's value in creating diverse and engaging content.
Another area of concern is the image editor. It's not user-friendly, which significantly impacts the overall efficiency of the tool. The time I spend editing a post on Marky.ai is comparable to using more established tools like Canva. Given this, the platform does not offer a significant advantage in terms of time-saving or ease of use.
Considering these issues, opting for an agency license at this moment does not seem worthwhile. The tool has potential, but it needs substantial improvements in content generation and usability to justify the investment. I remain hopeful that future updates will address these shortcomings and enhance the overall user experience.

For the contents, we give the freedom to the user to modify the types of posts and the content in the posts, and need to configure it, to put detailed and precise Topics, Business details, Tone and Writing Sample to be able to get to your actual audience, and own brand voice.
Image editing - just released a new theme like an Image editor where you can put images, elements, texts and others like Canva! and so much more to add while it's live!
Agency license - We understand that all users have different opinions and actually we are thankful if you supported Tier 3 as we have more demand to upgrade or purchase again my many existing and new users, as they know it will be time-saving, cost efficient and will be helping them scale their business for their more than 200+ clients!
So I really would want to know about the specific details about how you set up your profile to know how we can help to maximize and fit your own brand voice, same as AI if they input plain details then they will be getting generic posts and contents too.
We pride ourselves as newbie for our onboarding and UI, and TOP Customer support that is quick and realtime, by listening to all the inquiries and features to be added, so there's so much more things to come! Unlike other platforms that you need to be on their premium account to have the customer support, and not beginner friendly.
