In short that's not true. You can use AI agents within the workflows for sure!

I would like to see more videos focused on manual human actions and approvals. Could you please add more content on this topic? Can Mazzal assist with the use case of submitting data to a program that requires manual input of a file number? For example, after a recording is transcribed, can I send the details to a human via email or as a simple popup on the screen for input? Once the human enters the file number, can the system save the file in my data management system with the corresponding file number? Could you please explain how the AI credit system works?
