Q: We cannot train the agents?
Just watched a review video nd he shared that appsumo users cannot train their ai agents. Is this true? So then what's the point in knowledge base? How can we get to be able to train em?

Jun 5, 2025A: Hello. Actually, you can train AI Agents. You are able to train agents using various sources like:
- Documents & files (PDF, Word, etc.)
- Plain text
- Website URLs (with scraping)
When you upload or connect these sources, the knowledge is stored in the Knowledge Base, which acts as the "brain" for your agent. You can even reuse the same knowledge across multiple agents.
So don’t worry—training is absolutely supported
