When I first signed up for Mazaal, I was using their free plan and had a lot of questions about the platform. The support team was amazing in walking me through the process and quickly resolved issues. However, I was not sure if it was a worthy investment to purchase the lifetime plan at first because they Mazaal did not have an integration with Coda, a platform I rely heavily on. However, all I had to do was bring this up with the support team and they quickly put together the integration with Coda. It was amazing. I realized that there was no way I was not going to purchase the lifetime license with such a responsive support team. As for the product itself, it definitely is a versatile tool and great alternative to Zapier. It takes a bit of technical know-how to really take full advantage of all the possibilities, but once you are able to nail it down, it will make your life a lot easier. I highly recommend Mazaal AI to anyone. You can also sign up for a free trial to see if it's the right product for you.

This is easily a 5-star product, minimum. I’ve tested Mazaal AI thoroughly and had a smooth, bug-free experience from start to finish (so I would completely disregard the 1-star review). What you get here is tremendous value. The AI is fast, the interface is clean, and it’s packed with powerful tools that make daily tasks and content creation easier and more efficient. The AI co-pilot is a very welcoming addition, making automation a breeze for anyone new to this!

Big shoutout to the founder Enod, who’s been incredibly active and involved with the AppSumo community. He’s not just listening—he’s implementing feedback quickly and consistently, which shows real love and commitment to his users. That level of responsiveness is rare and really appreciated! <3

I’m especially excited about future integrations and agent development. If Mazaal continues on this path, it’s going to stay ahead of the curve and be a serious competitor in the AI space. Keep it up—this is a winner!

It's a good tool, perfect for learning, great for simple automations.

I absolutely love this tool! I recently upgraded to the highest tier, and it’s been worth every bit. In just one weekend, I was able to create a complex workflow that would’ve taken me weeks with other platforms. The interface is smooth, the features are powerful, and everything just works. Huge thanks to the team for building something this good — seriously, amazing job!

Attempted to make an agent, nothing happens. After hitting complete the wheel just spins for eternity like it is stuck trying to process the creation of the agent.
Attempted to use the co-pilot feature, nothing happened..After clicking the button to create the flow, the spinning wheel, once again, comes up and within a few seconds the page resets (leaving the user request within the prompt box) but is still unable to build the flow. It seems like it's the site is just unable to process request. Probably due to server issues. Not sure why.
