My LTD investment in Mazaal (Level 3) paid for itself in the first 7 days. Here’s how:

• I used to spend hours writing image descriptions, generating MP3s with ElevenLabs, and manually creating SRT caption files. Now I just drop an image into a folder — Mazaal automates the entire process in minutes.

• Poper (via AppSumo) wasn’t sending SMS or emails… now it does — thanks to Mazaal.

• I’ve even linked Fluent Forms > Twilio > ChatGPT > SMTP — and now it runs lead reports and emails me automatically.

I’m brand new to webhooks, but Mazaal makes me look like a veteran.

The Discord support is next level — any issues were sorted almost instantly.
And dealing directly with the founder? Super responsive, ridiculously helpful, and went way over the top to make sure I got the results I was chasing.

Mazaal has been moving fast!

They offered a deal which has AI agents built in and while activepieces just came out with that, they limited it for LTD buyer where as Mazaal has instead been working with the community to improve their platform AND keep the LTD community included...so much they've enhanced the deal beyond what they originally promised...you can be sure i'm going to help them grow as they help me grow!

The app is still not mature enough. The premium apps mentioned in the documentation, such as Outlook, LinkedIn, and SMTP email, are not working.

Announced premium apps failed to connect, including Telegram, LinkedIn, and Outlook.

Due to security reasons, my Outlook account did not accept the integration.

I requested help from support more than once to check the connection issues. The support team only mentioned that the issue was being reviewed by the internal development team, but provided no real help. My last request for help was about two weeks before the date of this post, with no reply or fix for the Mazaal technical issues I mentioned. They do internal mention for the developer team members without any action to resolve the issues.

The Agent knowledge data should be more organized, and the details of tokenization should be hidden from the user to avoid confusion.

The founder kept this information hidden from the AppSumo page, which made me feel that it is not a good investment option.

AI Agent Deployment Limitations
AppSumo plans do not include the ability to deploy AI agents directly to:

- Facebook Messenger
- Website widgets (embedded chat interfaces)
- Other messaging platforms

These deployment options are exclusive to our AI Chat Agent subscription plans. However, you can still:

- Create and train AI agents
- Use them within workflows
- Access them via API
- Use them internally for your team

See I'm not a technical person at all, so most automation tools usually leave me overwhelmed after step two but with Mazaal, the copilot feature really change that for me

I just described my workflow in plain English Basically, I wanted to achieve this whenever a client fills out my form, send them a welcome email and add their database to notion. That's it
to my surprise , copilot built the entire thing for me.

what relly surprised me was how easy it was to tweak things afterward. It didint feel like i was dealing with a complex tool. soo easy to use

best feature is now it supports MCPs so i can connect any app which was previously not available in mazaal

I have now 2 agents running, one handels client onboarding& the other follows up with leads. Its honestly taken so much of my plate

But but there's a still a bit of learnign curve when you go deeper, but overall it's way easier than zapier or make for someone like me

You need to repeat the same actions multiple times just to make it work. And once the automation is finally done, publishing deletes everything instead of saving it and making it available. Unbelievable
