1. Explain this please: 1 GA4 support ticket per project
Is it per month?
(On your site pricing plan, you are offering up to "10 x GA4 Support request per month", but here you haven't mentioned about time)

2. Do you provide "chatting" functionality with my data. Like an AI bot that knows all about my GA4 (or other data collection) and can answer questions regarding my data.

GA4 Support is for clients who need a bit more handholding with complex GA4 use cases, such as cross-domain, multi-domain, Webview, or anything that is not supported by the tool such as consent pop-ups, or google tag gateways, Mobile App Deep link tracking or any help required for a longer duration.

Q: Additional Projects

The platform looks interesting, but 5 projects is too low for us. We have around 25 projectso. Is it possible to have a higher tier or buy multiple tier 3 plans to scale?

Q: Is a GTM account required in advance?

Hi,
I bought Tier 3 and am currently setting it up. Is there a manual somewhere?
- Do I need to have manually created the GTM account and the GTM Server Side account first? With the entire server side setup, tests, etc.?
- Unfortunately, the Copilot is not working; I only get "An error occurred while processing your request."

Q: Deleting Projects

On any tier, how easy is it to delete / disconnect a project and add a new one?

Can I do this myself on the dashboard without contacting support? Thank you

A: Hi 👋 Scrittiwolf,

Great question - specially if you want to reuse a same project with a different GA4, GTM, BigQuery accounts.

The answer is “Yes”, deleting a project is just a click away. You can go to settings > delete project > click X against your project and all your project data will be deleted.

(Please only delete if you’re sure, because at this moment there is no confirmation pop up...

Q: Roadmap, knowledgebase, errors

Hi, your product idea seems interesting, but there are several buts:

* no public roadmap published
* no users support group
* many of the links in your webpage footer points just to mail
* the field to subscribe to your email newsletter finishes with error
* no information about your company, team, financing ...

Seems like many of the basic check boxes are not marked yet.

Can you address these concerns?
