Is it per month?
(On your site pricing plan, you are offering up to "10 x GA4 Support request per month", but here you haven't mentioned about time)
2. Do you provide "chatting" functionality with my data. Like an AI bot that knows all about my GA4 (or other data collection) and can answer questions regarding my data.

GA4 Support is for clients who need a bit more handholding with complex GA4 use cases, such as cross-domain, multi-domain, Webview, or anything that is not supported by the tool such as consent pop-ups, or google tag gateways, Mobile App Deep link tracking or any help required for a longer duration.
(1) AppSumo plan has 1 GA4 support request (in total) - 1 GA Support Request = 2 hours of time (which can be used for tagging or dataLayer coding or reporting.) More suitable for smaller websites or agencies who need quick help from our team. (This is not monthly)
In comparison, our subscription plan is a fully managed GA4 services where you get more support and our experts help you get the best out of your GA4/Measuremate and limits are much higher as the website plans are per property, per month (or annual). This is more suitable for large agencies or brands who have constant tagging needs and dont want to hire an in-house expert or pay less per hour.
(2) Yes, we have a module called GA4 Copilot, which allows chatting with your GA4 data.
