Q: Is a GTM account required in advance?
Hi,
I bought Tier 3 and am currently setting it up. Is there a manual somewhere?
- Do I need to have manually created the GTM account and the GTM Server Side account first? With the entire server side setup, tests, etc.?
- Unfortunately, the Copilot is not working; I only get "An error occurred while processing your request."

(1) For setting up any tags using Tracking & Setup module - you need to at least create a GTM container or GTM Server-side container in advance. Once you create the containers, you can follow our server-side tagging guide - https://bit.ly/server-side-tagging-measuremate (Available under GA4 server-side option)
(2) For co-pilot - we've checked & it seems the API keys used are rate limited, and quota is exceeding with error code 329 on your OpenAI account. We've emailed the solution to you on your email. If you fix that, that should have your co-pilot working.
