Q: Roadmap, knowledgebase, errors
Hi, your product idea seems interesting, but there are several buts:
* no public roadmap published
* no users support group
* many of the links in your webpage footer points just to mail
* the field to subscribe to your email newsletter finishes with error
* no information about your company, team, financing ...
Seems like many of the basic check boxes are not marked yet.
Can you address these concerns?

Thanks for the detailed feedback — really appreciate you pointing these out. You're right that many of these are important basics, and we’re actively working on them.
1. Public roadmap – Will be shared with paid users to begin with - at the moment - we are working on Shopify / Woocommerce Integration, Knowledgebase - Help Articles & improving small things in the current products. There are exciting features planned such as Audit Fixes, Auto-Reporting, GA4 Switch, Consent Mode Setup, GA4 Quiz & White Label.
2. User support group – Launching soon, likely on Discord.
3. Website links – You're right, the site needs polish. We only spent ~10–15 days on it over the past year and are planning improvements.
4. Newsletter field error – Thanks for catching that, fixing it this week.
5. Company info – We’re a small, bootstrapped team of 4 (plus 2 part-time employees). Collectively 25+ years of experience in GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and development. Also a certified Google Cloud ISV partner.

Totally agree — we’re working on making the roadmap visible to ALL (Free+Paid) users by default inside the app itself on the dashboard screen and on our website. Helps build trust and shows we’re listening.
Past few days, the team has been busy with few marketplace launches like Shopify, Woocommerce & Chrome. Roadmap is already on the list, you should see this in the coming week.
