Q: Transcriptions (120 min per license per month)
How does this work? Please give me a few example so i can understand. I currently have Tier 3( with 15 (Pro) Host license(s)) and thinking about upgrading to tier 5 ( with 7 (Developer) Host license(s)). How does this changes my " Transcriptions min per month" and how much exact do i currently have and will have If/When i upgrade to Max tier?

Thank you for your query — happy to clarify how transcription minutes work.
With Tier 5, you’ll receive 7 Developer Host Licenses. Each Developer license includes 120 minutes of transcription per month, which totals to:
120 minutes x 7 licenses = 840 minutes per month for your entire account.
Please note: When you upgrade to a new plan, the previous plan's benefits (like license) do not carry forward. You will only receive what’s included in the upgraded plan.
